Include the page URL, city, selected language, device, browser and what happened. A short sequence of steps or a screenshot is useful. For a blank scene or silent audio, check the controls guide first, reload once, and confirm your browser supports WebGL and your device volume is on.
Scores and invitations
Tell us the city, nickname or public player ID, approximate time of the run and whether the result screen said the score was saved. For a broken invitation, describe what you saw. Never email your session cookie, run token or account password.
Privacy or rights requests
For a privacy request, identify the relevant public game record so we can understand the request. For a rights concern, include the page or image URL, identify the material and explain your relationship to the relevant rights. Please avoid sending sensitive identity documents or unnecessary personal information.

This address supports the independently built baperrasta.app game and its guides. For another website or game, contact that service directly. Emailing us does not automatically change a leaderboard result or remove a record; describe your request clearly so it can be reviewed.
